Are there any prerequisites or minimums needed to have the Headless Horseman event "count"?
I chose event based Financial District when joining last night and was dropped into a server with about 8 to 12 people total. There was 1 headless horseman and about 3 pumpkin army at that point. We drove around, I had a few near missed with Pumpkin Army dudes trying to run me off the road, but after it all wrapped up quite a few of us lived and no title was given.
Does the event only kick in after a certain number/percentage of the Pumpkin Army is converted, or after a time limit? I noticed that we didn't get the "chime" things that shows where the survivors are (and gives points for surviving).
